Q. Whats different about Practice Minder?

Q. I have a website. What’s different about your product and do you offer websites?
A. A website, while necessary is not an ACTIVE marketing tool. Websites, unless heavily promoted and properly designed actually do very little to attract new patients to you office. Q. What is required to use Practice Minders in my office?
A. A computer with high speed Internet access, that’s it!

Q. How long will it take to see significant results from using Practice Minders?

Q. I already have a marketing system that I use offline that I would love to automate using Practice Minders. Can I use Maestro to deliver this same content?
A. While Practice Minders is completely turn-key and ready to use "as is", once you become a client of Practice Minders, you will have the ability to change and customize much of the content found within the Maestro System. You can also add your own unique letters, content or patient marketing materials and automate them. Once anything is automated your staff is removed from the process so nothing will ever get missed or forgotten. Many of the practice building techniques recommended by other consultants are already built in and automated by Maestro, freeing your staff to handle more patients.

Q. I have had other software programs that were complicated and difficult to use. Will it take me and my staff long to learn how to use Practice Minders?
A. No. First of all Practice Minders is a web based product. There is nothing to install in your office. Most offices using Practice Minders are completely comfortable with the system in 1-2 hours. It is designed to be simple yet at the same time incredibly powerful. You can immediately use the system "as is" OR take as much time as you need to customize the system to fit your tastes, style of practice or preferences. Once the system setup is complete (2 hours maximum) then you're ready to start entering basic information about each of your patients such as name, birthdate and Email address. That's it.

Q. Beyond the system set-up, what is the most time consuming or difficult thing about using your product?
A. Many practices have been collecting Email addresses for some time now but really haven’t put them to good use. If you have many patient files with Email addresses it will take some time to enter them into the system. This is a one time effort and how much time it takes depends on how many patients you want or can enter. Some of you will start from scratch. Beyond that, it takes both a mental commitment and time to shift some or all of your advertising to a direct response model. The good news is that this can be done gradually and cheaply. Direct response ads are typically much less expensive than image ads.

Q. There are different styles of Chiropractic. How do I know your product will match my practice?

Q. If other doctors in my community are using Practice Minders, won’t we all look the same?

A. Just because some don't doesn't mean you shouldn't take advantage of those who do! The fact is 80% of the US population has at least 1 Email address and that numbers growing. Patients without Email can still be handled the old fashioned way for now but wouldn’t you rather build a practice full of patients who use the web eliminating the need to burden your staff with unnecessary work? Statistics also show that people with Email are more educated, earn more and make better patients, so why wouldn’t you want to attract as many of them as possible?

Q. I get tons of junk Email. What makes you think patients will read mine?
A. Your Email isn't junk and it isn't sent unsolicited. Your patients know you and will want to read what you send them. Patients want their doctors to use Email. Of course, just like paper mail, patients won’t read everything but like it or not, the use of Email is becoming a way of life. More and more people are using it and so should you, not to mention the tremendous cost savings!

Q. What about the patients I want to attract to my office?
A. Same thing. Using Practice Minder's system, potential patients throughout your community will REQUEST information about a health condition that is important to them. Q. Isn't Email and regular mail about the same to my patients?
A. No, and its not the same to you either. You can only pack so much information into a traditional ad or mail piece. Q. I already send out an online patient newsletter that I like very much. Do I have to use yours?

Q. Will Emails from my office come from me?
A. All correspondences sent by Practice Minders will be personalized to your office and come from your designated Email address. Your patients will simply be amazed at how "on top of things" you are. They will never know that Emails and content being sent to them are automated, unless of course you tell them.

Q. What information is shared about my patients?
A. None. We never sell or share the names or Email addresses of any of your patients. This information is private and will remain for your use only.

Q. Won't this system work better if I am the only doctor in town using it?
A. Actually NOT. While it might seem better at first glance, it’s actually better if two or more are using the same system. Why? If several of you are running similar advertising campaigns it actually increases the awareness and exposure for all of you, multiplying the response. Each of you will end up getting more inquiries. Advertisers know that repetition brings more response. Viewers and readers won't know there are two or more doctors running any particular campaign, as rare as that might be. They will just respond. If they respond to your ad, they end up in your database. Overall, there will be more responses if there are two or three doctors using similar campaigns within one community.

Q. How do you handle payment?
A. Once you become our client, your monthly membership fee will be securely and automatically billed to your credit card or checking account. You will be asked to provide your Mastercard, Visa, American Express card number or checking account information when you register. You may update or change your information at any time. You may also cancel your PracticeMinders subscription at any time with no obligation. Once cancelled, you will only be billed for the pro-rated amount of your current month. Yearly memberships are also available at a slight discount.
